This Shipping Policy applies to all physical merchandise orders placed on mggabruesports.com by SAMAR JEET SINGH trading as MGGABRU. We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India. All merchandise payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

All products are physical goods delivered to your registered shipping address. Digital products and tournament entry fees are not subject to this shipping policy.

03. Order Processing Time

After successful payment via Razorpay, orders are processed as follows:

Payment ConfirmedYour order is placed and payment confirmed via Razorpay. You receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

Order Processing (1–3 Business Days)Your order is picked, packed, and quality-checked. Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

DispatchedYour order is handed to our courier partner. A tracking number is shared via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.

In TransitYour order is en route. You can track it using the link provided.

Delivered (3–7 Business Days)Your order arrives at your doorstep. Delivery time depends on your location within India.

Note: These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner delays, public holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. MGGABRU is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

05. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. There are no hidden shipping fees. Any applicable shipping cost will be added transparently to your order total during the Razorpay checkout process.

Transparent pricing: All costs — product price + shipping (if any) + taxes — are shown before you confirm payment. No surprise charges after checkout.

06. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via:

Email — a dispatch confirmation with tracking number and courier partner link.
WhatsApp — tracking details sent to the number provided at checkout.

07. Delivery Issues

In the event of a delivery issue, please contact us promptly. We will assist with the following:

Damaged on arrival	Send photos/video to our email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.	Resolution within 5 business days

Package returned to sender	Usually due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts. Re-shipment may incur charges.	We will contact you within 3 days

08. Tournaments (Non-Physical)

Tournament entry fee payments are not physical shipments and are not covered by this Shipping Policy. Tournament entry fees are processed via Razorpay, and confirmation is sent digitally via email or WhatsApp. For tournament-related queries, see our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
