Section 01

01. Overview

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for all purchases made on mggabruesports.com, operated by SAMAR JEET SINGH trading as MGGABRU. We offer two types of transactions — merchandise orders and tournament entry fee payments — each with their own refund terms. All refunds are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method.

Razorpay Refunds: All approved refunds are issued via Razorpay to the original payment source (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.

02. Merchandise — Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests for merchandise orders are accepted under the following conditions:

To request a cancellation, contact us at info@mggabruesports.com or WhatsApp +91 99934 83766 with your Order ID as soon as possible.

Section 03

03. Merchandise — Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on merchandise orders in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Product — item arrives visibly damaged or defective. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
  • Wrong Item Received — you received a different product than what was ordered. Report within 48 hours of delivery with evidence.
  • Item Not Delivered — order not received within the maximum estimated delivery period and confirmed lost by the courier.
  • Cancelled Before Dispatch — order successfully cancelled before dispatch (see Section 02).

Refund requests must be submitted with your Order ID, description of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos/screenshots) where applicable.

How to claim: Email info@mggabruesports.com with subject line "Refund Request – Order #[ID]". We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Section 04

04. Merchandise — Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues (please check our size guide before ordering), or cosmetic preferences.

Return process: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Products must be returned in original condition with original packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by MGGABRU for eligible claims.

Not eligible for return: Items that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or reported after 48 hours of delivery.

05. Tournaments — Cancellation Policy

Tournament entry fees are collected to cover operational costs and form prize pools. The following cancellation rules apply:

Section 06

06. Tournaments — Refund Eligibility

Tournament entry fees are eligible for a refund only in the following cases:

  • MGGABRU cancels the tournament — full refund of the entry fee to all registered participants.
  • Duplicate payment — if you were charged more than once for the same registration, the duplicate charge will be refunded.
  • Technical failure at payment — if payment was deducted but registration was not confirmed, contact us with your transaction ID within 48 hours.

Prize money winnings are distributed separately and are not subject to refund terms. All tournament results are final after MGGABRU verifies outcomes.

Section 07

07. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment source. Processing timelines:

MGGABRU initiates refunds within 3 business days of approval. The final credit date depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control. For refund status queries, contact us with your Order ID and transaction reference.

Section 08

08. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly not eligible for refund:

  • Tournament entry fees after registration has closed or the tournament has commenced.
  • Merchandise returned due to change of mind, incorrect sizing (where size guide was available), or colour preference.
  • Products reported as damaged after the 48-hour reporting window.
  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
  • Digital content, access links, or tournament-related non-physical services.
  • Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).

Section 09

09. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may escalate the matter:

  • Step 1 — Contact us at info@mggabruesports.com with full details. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.
  • Step 2 — If unresolved, you may raise a dispute through Razorpay's customer support at razorpay.com/support.
  • Step 3 — Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in the jurisdiction of Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India.
